Pat is a former Regulatory Commissioner and U.S. Senate Aide with over forty years experience handling general corporate legal matters. Over the years, Pat has developed a practice emphasis of representing regulated businesses and industries in matters coming before both state and federal regulatory boards, commissions, and legislative bodies. Compliance with administrative regulations continues to raise legal questions for businesses in the commercial and industrial sectors. Pat also handles appellate matters. A graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville, he is a recipient of the School's Outstanding Alumni Award. He is currently serving on the Arkansas State Claims Commission. Pat holds Martindale Hubbell's highest peer review rating of "AV."
