As counsel to numerous corporate clients, Howard has gained extensive experience in commercial, corporate, and real estate matters. With over thirty years of private law practice, Howard has developed a unique ability to resolve legal problems and issues. Howard is involved in many civic activities. He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Arkansas State University, the Board of Directors of Northwest Arkansas Community College Foundation, and is a member of the Benton County and Arkansas Bar Associations.
