Bret graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. In 2001, he earned a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Bret is a licensed attorney in the states of Arkansas and California. He maintains an active general civil practice, including business law, litigation, estate planning and probate law, construction law, employment law, collections on behalf of creditors and personal injury litigation. Bret is currently a member of the Arkansas and Benton County Bar Associations, the California Bar Association, and the Northwest Arkansas Young Professionals Organization. He is an active participant in the Bentonville-Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce and Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce where he is a member of the Small Business Development Committee and Ambassador Committee. Furthermore, he is an active participant in the Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders Organization. Bret also volunteers his time to local youth sports and serves in a leadership role for the local Boy Scouts of America Chapter.
