Bret graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. In 2001, he earned a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Bret is a licensed attorney in the states of California and Arkansas. He maintains an active general civil practice, including litigation, construction law, employment law, business law, collections on behalf of creditors, personal injury litigation and estate planning. Bret is currently a member of the Arkansas and Benton County Bar Associations, the Northwest Arkansas Young Professionals Organization, and an active participant in the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce and Bentonville-Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce.
